About the role

Join ibis Styles Sydney Central as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, leading by example across Mee So and the hotel breakfast operation. This is a hands-on hospitality role focused on service quality, team support and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day food and beverage service.

• Support restaurant, breakfast, barista and bar operations.

• Build positive team connections and help maintain service standards.

• Contribute ideas to menus and guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage experience in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality venue.

• Current NSW RSA certificate.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Valid Australian working rights.
