About the Role

Beaumont Tiles Casula is recruiting Sales Assistants, with both permanent full-time and permanent part-time opportunities. The role supports customers undertaking renovation and building projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail, trade and builder customers
• Assist customers with tile, flooring and bathroom product selection
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Follow up customer enquiries and sales opportunities
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable learning new products and systems
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Tile, flooring, building-product or interior-design experience is advantageous but not essential
