Key responsibilities

• Coach and support enquiry officers and student ambassadors
• Oversee phone, email, web and live-chat enquiries
• Analyse enquiry trends and improve services
• Support CRM-driven student engagement

• Demonstrated team leadership and customer-service capability
• Strong communication, coaching and analytical skills
• Must have rights to live and work in Australia
