About the role

Deliver specialised career and life-design support for UNSW students as part of the Employability Coaching & Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front-line career coaching, workshops and employability programs.

• Co-design initiatives with faculties, divisions, student partners and stakeholders.

• Collect and analyse data to improve programs and outcomes.

• Build strong internal and external working relationships.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification and employability experience, or equivalent competence.

• Demonstrated experience delivering career coaching, programs or workshops in higher education.

• Strong service orientation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

Employment details

Full-time, 35 hours per week, fixed-term contract until December 2028. Kensington location with hybrid flexible working. Valid Australian working rights are required; sponsorship is not available.
