Job description

KPMG Australia is seeking an Associate Director to join its Data Analytics and Emerging Technology team within Audit and Assurance. The team delivers data-driven technology solutions that address complex challenges for external audit teams and clients.

You will shape the future of audit-technology support, lead analytics engagements and use Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Microsoft Azure and AI-powered solutions to drive audit innovation. The role also includes stakeholder leadership, portfolio management and coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-analytics engagements as an engagement lead and subject-matter expert
  • Use Databricks

  • Manage a portfolio of technology-driven Audit and Assurance engagements
  • Interpret analysis outputs and manage senior stakeholder expectations
