About the role

Apple is seeking an AU-Lead for its Canberra retail team. The Lead supports Store Leadership and helps team members deliver meaningful customer experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a role model and mentor while encouraging customer engagement.

• Organise people and sales-floor workflow.

• Communicate store priorities, goals and performance information.

• Support operational readiness, including opening and closing procedures.

• Help team members deliver excellent customer service across the store.

About you

• Experience in retail, sales or related work.

• Experience mentoring or leading others.

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
