Wellington Education Group operates 3 Australian accredited Colleges (Berkeley Business Institute, York Business Institute, Le Rosey Hospitality Institute) in Sydney running VET and ELICOS courses. As an integrated group, Wellington Education focuses on training, consulting, resource development, project planning and promoting an advanced educational philosophy to ensure high-quality education to our students. Wellington Education has collaborated and partnered with a number of education and training institutions as well as higher education providers for students' future studies. It is situated in a prime location close to public transport facilities and cafe district.

Job Description

Scope of Work:

System & Network Maintenance: Manage and maintain company data, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Security Implementation: Implement and enforce network and data security policies.
Network Security: Configure, manage, and maintain company network security systems.
System & Data Management: Maintain business and office systems while managing operational data.
Facilities Management: Manage and maintain office and educational facilities.
Ad-hoc Support: Handle other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Work Authorization: Must hold a valid legal work visa for Australia.
Experience: Proven experience in a relevant IT support role.
Language & Soft Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills.
Technical Skills: Familiar with mainstream operating systems, databases, and standard software installation and maintenance.
Networking Knowledge: Experience in LAN management with a solid understanding of network architecture and hardware.

Work Location:

72 Bathurst Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, and other campuses under the group.
