About the Role

MWP Coatings is seeking motivated individuals who want to develop a career in painting. The role provides practical training under experienced professionals across residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning and applying primers
Learn brushwork, rolling, cutting and spray application techniques
Mix paint and match colours accurately
Assist with minor repairs, patching, clean-up and tool maintenance
Maintain a safe and organised work environment

Requirements

Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively in a team
Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting and working at heights
Good communication and interpersonal skills
