Job description

Microsoft Advertising is seeking a Sales Readiness Lead for its Performance Solutions APAC region. The role connects Sales Strategy, Demand Planning, Launch Operations, Field Sales Excellence and partner teams.

As a senior individual contributor, you will convert strategic inputs into practical sales-execution guidance, establish governance and measurement, reduce field friction and improve adoption of tools and processes. The role is based in Sydney with four days per week in-office.

Digital advertising
